Have you ever felt overwhelmed or stuck when it comes to you singing? Like you don’t know what to do next or how to actually hear yourself improve? You are not alone!
I’m all for positive action, but sometimes it’s just easier to have a STOP doing list. It can be powerful, really set some boundaries, and give a different perspective that may serve you even better then a start doing or a do list. Sometimes we have to delete instead of add.
